Sr Executive - Procurement

• Identify purchasing needs
• Research potential vendors
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Vendor management
• Furniture inspection and QC in line with approved shop drawing
• To coordinate final finish swatches for Furniture for ID approval.
• Work in progress inspection at vendor s facility
• Coordinate for the required upholstery fabrics.
• Conduct final QC in line with approved mood board before Furniture shipment
• Update internal databases with order details (dates vendors quantities discounts)
• Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
• Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
• Prepare cost analyses
• Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
• Follow up with suppliers as needed to confirm or change orders
• Liaise with Logistic and Warehouse site team to ensure all products arrive in good condition

• Design background preferable
• Team player
• Understand and read Auto CAD drawings for Furniture
• Good understanding of supply chain procedures
• Handson experience with purchasing software
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Computer literate
