Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons in accordance with the schools curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Create a positive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student engagement.
• Use a variety of instructional techniques and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate interdisciplinary activities and initiatives.
• Establish and maintain clear communication channels with students parents and colleagues.
• Plan and participate in extracurricular activities such as club meetings and educational field trips.

Requirements

• A Bachelors degree in Business Studies or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience teaching Business Studies at the primary or secondary level.
• Excellent knowledge of the Business Studies curriculum and relevant educational standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and staying uptodate with the latest teaching methodologies and practices.
