Responsibilities

• Create and deliver engaging and interactive art lessons to students across different year groups.
• Develop and implement art curriculum ensuring alignment with educational standards and objectives.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and selfexpression.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their artistic skills and techniques.
• Assess and evaluate student work providing timely and meaningful feedback to both students and parents.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to organize art exhibits and showcase students artistic achievements.
• Stay updated with the latest art trends and techniques to incorporate into lesson plans.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Art Education or a related field.
• Teaching certification (PGCE/QTS) in the UK.
• Prior experience teaching art in a primary or secondary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of various art techniques mediums and art history.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and engage students with diverse learning needs.
• Organizational and time management skills to effectively plan and deliver lessons.
