Savoy Sharm Group is seeking a professional and dedicated Room Attendant to join our team at our luxurious resort in Sharm El Sheikh Egypt. As a Room Attendant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests during their stay at the resort. The ideal candidate is detailoriented physically fit and has a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms including making beds dusting vacuuming and replenishing amenities
Ensure all guest requests and preferences are met in a timely and efficient manner
Report any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate department
Follow all health and safety procedures and guidelines
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
Assist with laundry services as needed
Stock and maintain the housekeeping cart with supplies
Maintain a neat and organized work area
Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Physically fit and able to lift up to 20 pounds
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
