Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting with the daily activities of the procurement department.
2. Planning for the purchase of equipment services and supplies.
3. Reviewing comparing evaluating and approving products and services.
4. Managing inventories and maintaining accurate records.
5. Maintaining and updating supplier information
6. Maintaining good supplier relations.
7. Negotiating contracts.
8. Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers
9. Preparing budgets cost analyses and reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors Degree
Minimum 23 years of purchasing or related experience in food & beverage industry
Decisionmaking skills management skills interpersonal skills and interpretation skills.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office
Must have valid QID and NOC.
Job Type: Fulltime
Salary: QAR2500.00 QAR3000.00 per month
