Talent Acqusition Associate Lateral Hiring

• Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates for lateral positions within the company.
  
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability and interest.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and candidate preferences.
  
• Manage job postings on various platforms including but not limited to Naukri Internshala Indeed LinkedIn etc.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a smooth process.
  
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process providing updates and gathering feedback.
  
• Assist in the negotiation and offer process including extending offers and managing candidate expectations.
  
• Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment records and documentation.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or related field.
  
• Proven experience in talent acquisition particularly in lateral hiring or recruitment.
  
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality results.
  
• Familiarity with Google Suite and other relevant software applications.
