Personal Care Worker

Assist individuals who have difficulty performing daytoday activities such as housekeeping running errands preparing meals ensuring personal hygiene offering social stimulation and providing mobility support. Working with chronically ill or disabled clients in a home environment or care facilities.

Promptly conduct documentation of each task through cloudbased software clock in and out of shifts through designated electronic device. Use effective communication under HIPAA concerning progress or situations of a client to upper management. Practice standardized methods of infection control documentation interpersonal and external care giving skills.

Requirements

* Must be 16 years old or older

* Current and valid Immunizations chicken pox hepatitis B MMR and TDap we encourage Covid19 flu HPV and Shingles (age appropriate or wavier of refusal signed).

*TB skin test results Negative no less than 3 months

* CBRF Certification or CNA Certification or CDCP Certification

* Reliable transportation Must be able to get to work on a timely and consistent basis

* 2 forms of identification

Must present or sign a statement that you are physically able to perform personal care worker job duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Applicants who reach employable status must successfully pass a drug screen test before placement on the schedule.

Must not be a legally responsible relative of any client assigned. Must posses strong ethics and be able to speak write and understand English
