Position Title: Inventory Coordinator
Location: Dammam Saudi Arabia
Department: Warehouse and Logistics
Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Job Summary
As an Inventory Coordinator you will be pivotal in managing daily warehouse operations with a focus on efficiency and the safe handling of materials and inventory. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the receipt documentation storage safety and distribution of equipment and supplies. You will play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that operations are conducted in compliance with company and HSE policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse activities including handling documenting and storing materials.
- Perform quality checks on incoming materials and address any defects or damages.
- Ensure efficient dispatch receipt and quality of products.
- Coordinate material flow within the manufacturing warehouse and designated workstations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in process and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless flow of materials.
- Assist in packing and other material handling functions as needed.
- Resolve inventory or shipping discrepancies to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering of new materials as necessary.
- Ensure proper identification and labeling of all materials within the facility.
- Comply with all company and HSE policies fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics preferably in the oil & gas industry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel MS Word and inventory management systems.
- Extensive knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations and management.
- Valid driver s license and forklift certification (T14 T8 preferred).
