• Strong management and team development skills including setting roadmaps delegating tasks mentoring engineers and providing feedback.
• Expertise in growing teams including interviewing collaborating with recruiting teams and onboarding new members.
• Good understanding of software engineering methodology with opinions on testing code quality and making quality/speed tradeoffs.
• Exceptional technical skills in data structures algorithms and objectoriented design principles.
• Ability to lead from the front when necessary.

• 8 years of experience in software development.
• Strong opinions on testing code quality and making quality/speed tradeoffs.
• Knowledge of data structures and architectural principles.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and willingness to learn more.
• Ability to adapt to rapid growth and evolving business environments.
• Attention to detail in understanding requirements.

• Strong proficiency in Java 8 programming and multithreading.
• Familiarity with design patterns and architectural patterns.
• Handson experience in developing RESTful microservices using Java Spring and Spring Boot.
• Experience with message queuing systems like Kafka.
• Proficiency with relational and nonrelational databases such as Postgres MongoDB Redis and Cassandra.
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes is a plus.
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch Kibana MQTT and IoT is a plus.

• B.E. or B. Tech in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent.
