Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to enhance our visibility and influence in the financial services sector. You will work closely with our sales and advisory teams to generate leads enhance customer engagement and contribute to our overall growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
Manage all aspects of marketing planning including budget media digital campaigns and public relations.
Craft compelling content for various platforms such as brochures emails newsletters and company websites to communicate our services and achievements.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to recommend changes in marketing strategies and tactics.
Organize and participate in events such as seminars conferences and webinars to promote the company s services and thought leadership.
Collaborate with sales teams to create and maintain a consistent corporate image and ensure alignment of marketing strategies with sales objectives.
Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report findings to the management team.
Stay updated with the latest developments in financial services sectors and marketing techniques.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience (2 years) in marketing preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Creative thinker with the ability to handle multiple projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM tools Google Analytics).
