Location: San Carlos CA (Day1 Onsite)

Job Description:

• Minimum 10 years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 / 9.2 NA Payroll Time & labor Recruitment Base Benefits implementation Support and development
  
• Resource should be proficient in core modules of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 NA Payroll Time & labor Recruitment Base Benefits.
  
• Resource having exposure on PeopleSoft application Upgrade HR 9.1/9.2 will be a plus point.
  
• Experience in other modules like Core HR Self Service.
  
• Resource should have PeopleSoft technical expertise around40%.
  
• Having experience on Integrations and AWE is must and PeopleSoft Functional expertise around 60%.
  
• Resource having exposure on PeopleSoft financials 9.1 will be a plus point.
  
• Resource should be able to work out of client location San Carlos CA.
  
• Resource should be flexible to provide daily handshake for an hour with offshore team based out of India.
  
• Good Communication Problem solving and Analytical skills.
  
• Experience in working on global projects and is able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and should be able to do the and customer facing role.
  
• Location must be at San Carol/SFO CA. Should work from customer location.
