• Telehealth Provider for mostly Medicare Patients
  
• 8 Week Contract April 29 June 28

• Quickly discern accurate patient status conditions and medications
  
• Care coordination assessments.

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey Practitioner (NP) license with no restrictions
  
• BLS Certification
  
• Board Certified
  
• DEA Certification
  
• Minimum 2 years of NP experience
  
• Telehealth experience preferred
  
• Must be able to work the required schedule of MonFri 8AM5PM for the duration of the contract
  
• Fluent in Spanish
  
• Already credentialed with health plans a PLUS
