Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for making a difference Join our team at IFR Solutions as a Tele Caller in the FundRaising department! As a Tele Caller you will play a crucial role in helping us raise funds for important causes while also building relationships with our donors.
Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential donors to solicit donations
• Provide information about our organization and the impact of donations
• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions
• Follow up with donors to thank them for their contributions
• Meet fundraising targets and goals

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Previous experience in telemarketing or fundraising is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent

• 12 years of experience in a similar role
