We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Coordinator will support iSkalas sales initiatives by handling backend activities maintaining client relationships and improving the overall efficiency of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with client and sales data.
- Support in preparing and organizing presentations proposals and various sales reports.
- Manage our own B2B campaigns backend work this includes list building documentation and reporting to our clients.
- Monitor sales performance through CRM systems and generate reports on sales metrics.
- Organize and maintain documentation related to sales such as contracts and client correspondence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator/appointment setting or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Teamoriented mindset but also capable of working independently when required.
