We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Research Analyst in Internship capacity to join our team. The Research Analyst Intern will play a crucial role in conductingresearch and analysis through scientific methodsto assess the viability and potential of our solutions in the corporate environment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in market research while contributing to the development of innovative workplace technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data related to industry insights workplace policies and protocols to inform the development of our solutionfunctionalities.
• Conduct indepth market research to identify market trends in the HR technology sector.
• Create and conductsurveys questionnaires and interviews to gather feedback from target audiences including HR professionals and employees.
• Compile and organize research findings into comprehensive reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate research insights into product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Business Marketing Economics or a related fieldalso looking for a mandatory full time internship as a part of your studies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect interpret and synthesize large amounts of data.
• Prior experience in market research data analysis or related fields is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Detailoriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and experience with data analysis tools and software is a plus.
• Proficient in English; German is an added advantage.
