Job Summary
- Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports documents and tracks damages discrepancies on orders received.
- Process largely routine documents in accordance with standard routines and checks for completeness and/or serious errors.
- Maintains the warehouse records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner
- Stocks materials according to a prescribed inventory system.
- Enter or extract specified information or data using standard codes and databases.
- Ensure the availability of new stocks & marketing materials before new promotions starts
- Perform simple and basic analyses using standardized formulae on the materials under own monitor.
- Follow up with other business areas to ensure the accuracy of records and the smooth running of Materials Management processes.
- Prepare daily stock report to more senior team members for further analysis.
- Assists in the development of new logistics and materials management processes systems or procedures to meet the changing requirements of the customer.
- Produces management and ad hoc reports that set out implications of actions and recommend ways forward.
- Undertakes and coordinates small projects monitoring progress and ensuring end results are delivered.
- Establishes Materials Management support services standards and ensures quality of service delivery by departmental staff.
- Maintain smooth operation by develop and implement shipping and receiving work schedules.
- Make sure all warehouse and physical movements handled as per the company procedure.
- Maintain and control all shipments documents and customer acknowledgments.
- Match the inventory movement with the system transactions on daily monthly and yearly basis.
- Perform other duties as required by the higher levels of supervision.

- Contribute to the achievement of the strategic objectives of the sector through performing own responsibilities and coordinating direct reports performance.
- Set the sections goals and objectives and ensure the cascading of such to the direct reports individual goals and objectives.
- Apply individual items of sectors policies procedures and processes and ensure adherence and implementation.
- Coordinate with direct reports the performance of their delegated responsibilities.
- Ensure the ongoing development of the sections employees and guide the activities of direct reports.
- Oversee the overall performance of direct reports according to communicated KPIs
