Warehouse Manager

We are committed to delivering exceptional service and quality products to our clients and we need a dedicated individual to oversee our warehouse operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage daytoday warehouse operations including receiving storing and distributing flooring materials and related products.

Supervise warehouse staff including hiring training and scheduling.

Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and resources.

Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.

Oversee shipping and receiving activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Collaborate with other departments to meet customer demands and delivery schedules.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office.

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Requirements:

Must have a Drivers License and be able to pass a DOT physical

This will require us to run a Motor Vehicle Report to make sure we can insure you.

Be able to lift and move heavy objects as needed

Run a warehouse forklift to include standing sit down and pallet jack.
