Urgent recruitment candidates for security guards jobs at shopping Mall.
Salary for Security Gourds: 10400/ to 12400/ Per Months with E.S.I and P.F.
Duty Hours: 8 Hours ( Number of duty 30 Days ) (No work no pay).
Job Locations: Haldia Mall City Centre.
Job Responsibility:
Patrol designated areas of the mall premises on foot or by vehicle to detect and deter suspicious activity theft vandalism or other security threats.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond promptly to security breaches or emergencies.
Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized persons from entering restricted areas or engaging in illegal activities.
Conduct routine inspections of entrances exits stairwells and other highrisk areas to ensure they are secure and free from hazards.
Assist mall visitors with inquiries directions and other customer service needs in a courteous and professional manner.
Enforce mall policies and regulations including parking regulations loitering policies and dress code requirements.
Qualifications required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to maintain composure and make sound decisions in highpressure situations.
Excellent observation skills and attention to detail to detect potential security threats or suspicious behavior.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand walk or patrol for extended periods as well as lift or move objects as needed.
Clean criminal record and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
