Office Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are looking for an Office Coordinator for a company dealing in commercial Kitchen equipment. An office coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of an office environment. Needs to handle a diverse range of tasks including administrative duties and providing support to other staff members.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate appointments receive calls from customers and to understand queries.
• Keeping track of the daily calls from clients and customers.
• Allotting the calls to respective departments as per the clients queries.
• Regularly review and evaluate clients progress adjusting care plans and services as needed to ensure they effectively meet clients evolving needs.
• Explain the purchase quotations and place purchase orders.
• Maintaining the services and call records.

Job Requirements:

• Any graduate/ HSSC with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as an office coordinator.
• Good communication skills prefers Female candidates.
• Good computer knowledge.
• Proficiency in documentation and recordkeeping.

Location: Porvorim Goa

Timing: 9.30 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. Saturday half day
