Employee Relations Specialist
Job type: Fulltime or parttime (minimum 30 hours per week flexible working options available)
Salary: Circa 50000 per annum depending on experience and location
Location: South West or South East based. Hybrid role with frequent travel across for client and internal meetings.

What youll be doing
Were looking for an Employee Relations (ER) Specialist to join our expanding ER team. You will deliver a high quality and professional service to our clients and support the People Partnering team to provide expert advice and guidance in relation to employee relations and change activities. This includes the application of employment law in a range of workplace scenarios.
You will ensure ER cases are handled efficiently and in a commercial and compliant way to ensure our clients feel wellsupported with challenging ER issues. In addition to this you will also be responsible for the following:
About you
You will have previous experience supporting and advising managers on complex ER cases up to and including employment tribunals drafting policies and procedures and managing business change processes such as TUPE redundancies and restructuring. You will be able to implement HR principles and UK employment law and draw on your experience to deliver commercially focused results for our clients. In addition to this you will have the following:
