UKG Implementation Consultant

This is a remote position.

• Work closely with healthcare clients to understand their HR payroll and timekeeping needs.
  
• Configure the UKG system to meet specific requirements of the health system ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
  
• Provide expertise on best practices for HR processes within a healthcare setting.
  
• Assist with system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  
• Train client teams on system functionalities and workflows.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Information Systems or related field.
  
• Experience in implementing UKG or similar HRIS systems preferably in healthcare.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Excellent training and presentation abilities.
  
• Knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements.
