This is a remote position.
We have an exiting opportunity to be involved in a net new UKG implementation in an enterprise health system environment including HR payroll talent and time management components.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with healthcare clients to understand their HR payroll and timekeeping needs.
- Configure the UKG system to meet specific requirements of the health system ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
- Provide expertise on best practices for HR processes within a healthcare setting.
- Assist with system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Train client teams on system functionalities and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Information Systems or related field.
- Experience in implementing UKG or similar HRIS systems preferably in healthcare.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent training and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements.
