Responsibilities:

• Assessment and Diagnosis:
  • Conduct thorough assessments including interviews observations and reviews of medical history.
  • Accurately diagnose health conditions based on clinical evaluation.
• Treatment Planning and Delivery:

• Develop personalized care plans for patients.

• Administer prescribed treatments and medications.

• Monitor patients progress and adjust care as needed.

• Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Work closely with doctors social workers therapists and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide patient education and advice on health management.
• Shift Work and Busy Workload:
• Nurses often work in shifts and handle a busy workload.
• Much of their time is spent directly with patients monitoring their health and providing care.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Nursing Degree: Completion of a nursing degree course.

• Application Criteria: Typically requires at least two A levels or equivalent qualifications with one in a science subject.
• Passion for Healthcare: Nurses play a vital role in healthcare facilities ensuring the best quality of care for patients regardless of their disabilities or illnesses.
