Oracle Application Manager

We are currently looking for an Oracle Application Manager for one of our clients in the mining and metal industry.

Hourly salary of $75 to $85 based on experience.
12month contract.
Fulltime position: 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with planning teams and other stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Independently lead all projects involving the tool.
Coordinate technical updates maintenance programming needs and backend requirements with thirdparty service providers.
Maintain the chart of accounts entity rollups and business rules in the calculation manager.
Submit budgets in the consolidation accounting system from planning software and reconcile consolidation and planning figures.
Address complex problems and provide recommendations for solutions.
Prepare and oversee ad hoc requests to/from various stakeholders.
What you will need to succeed:
23 years of relevant experience.
Experience using Horizon (Oracle Application).
Experience with ESSBASE SmartView and Oracle Enterprise Management System (planning and financial consolidation modules) would be considered an asset.
Proficiency in programming.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
A handson approach with a preference for working closely with processes and tools.
Proactive with the ability to work independently.
Strong team player with effective interpersonal skills.
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
Demonstrated mindset for continuous improvement.
