Freelance Sourcer

This is a remote position.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
  
• Utilize online sourcing techniques (e.g. social media job boards databasesuser groups blogs and other relevant online spaces) to attract candidates.
  
• Screen resumes and job applications to assess candidate suitability and complete candidate profiles.
  
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate skills and experience.
  
• Maintain candidate databases and track sourcing metrics.
  
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on sourcing progress.
  
• Assist with other recruitment activities as needed.
  

Requirements

• 2 years of proven experience in talent sourcing position in a fast paced environment
  
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. Boolean search LinkedIn Recruiter).
  
• Handson experience with various ATS and CRM tools.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong relationships with recruiters hiring managers and candidates.
  
• Experience sourcing within international markets.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  
• Flexibility and adaptability adept at shifting priorities and embracing new tools and methods to achieve outstanding results in a dynamic environment.
