Contract Junior Sales Consultant - Ultrasound Johannesburg

Areas of Responsibility

• Developing an indepth knowledge of the Ultrasound product range and services provided.
  
• Responsible for lead generation within the assigned territory.
  
• Scheduling and attending appointments with existing and potential customers.
  
• Completion of weekly planner and activity report for submission to direct manager.
  
• Responsible for networking with and development of relationships with new customers and managing existing customers.
  
• Attending meetings conferences and exhibitions as required promoting Ultrasound products and services.
  
• Analysing the market and providing business feedback by using all available support tools.
  
• General Administration associated with the position.
  
• Calling on hospitals private customers and Vets as per target numbers given.
  
• Liaising with Applications Specialist and Manager.
  

Reporting

• This position will report to the National Sales Manager: Ultrasound
  

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

• A Grade 12 certificate is a minimum requirement.
  
• Previous sales experience would be an advantage
  
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel Ms Word Outlook is essential.
  
• Attention to detail and Accuracy is essential.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  
• Results Orientated.
  
• Good Communication Skills in both English and Afrikaans. African Language would be an advantage.
  
• Sales Driven Dynamic outgoing and motivated.
