Assist with the developing of Divisional Skills Matrix;

Assist with cross training between Areas;

Representative for your area regarding all Kaizen activites;

Effective Communication.

Responsibilities:

Understand production requirements for your Area and assist with meeting the plan;

Ensure the daily adherence to OEE targets (Efficiency/Waste/Quality) in your Area;

To assist with managing your areas Consumable spend within pre determined budget;

Assist with having a detailed list of core skills for your area;

Identify individuals with potential of being developed within multiple areas;

Ensure that your department achieves an 85% average;

Ensure that the Kaizen concepts are fully introduced and continuously drive this culture throughout your department;

Use the Kaizen daily meeting platform to promote and maintain effective communication.
