Insurance Sr. Compliance Officer Vaduz Perm. 100% Imm. CHF 160000

Tasks

• Develop and maintain Compliance framework policies and procedures
• Implement and maintain Internal Control Systems according to Directive
• Advise on Compliance matters and provide support to daily business operations
• Conduct control activities for Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing prevention
• Represent the organization in committees and meetings advocating for compliance culture

Requirements

• Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
• Fluency in German and English Italian is preferred
• Min. 5years of PQE as Compliance Officer in the insurance sector
• Knowledge of Solvency II; IDD FATCA / CRS and GDPR regulations
• Completed bachelors degree in economics or law; LLM or CAS in Compliance
