- Signs for the IT and Customer Support visits and Reports weekly to the supervisor.
- Supporting clients/technical staff physical or remotely whenever they need assistant.
- Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client s needs concerns and objectives.

- Monitor clients accounts by ensuring vehicles are streaming all the time and support is given to client whenever there is a need.

Requirements
Bachelors Degree /Diploma in ICT or any related Course
Excellent computer skills
Not less than Two (2) Years Experience as Customer Service Agent
Experience of not less than 1 year on the same role is an added advantage
Good Communication Skills
