We are seeking a highly thrilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to patients in a nursing home located in Gardner MA. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional looking to make a difference in the lives of others.
Duties:
Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
Prescribe medications and monitor patient response

Requirements:
Valid NP or PA license in the state of Massachusetts
Long term care experience highly preferred
Ok working in a nursing home
Benefits:
Competitive salary ranging between $140000$160000 for this fulltime position!
