About the role:

The purpose of the CEO in Nazek Gifts Company is to provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the organization. The CEO is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the companys operations driving growth and profitability and ensuring the companys success in the luxury gifts market.

Responsibilities:

• Visual Branding: Develop and maintain the visual branding elements including logos colour schemes typography and design guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation.
• Marketing Materials: Create engaging and creative designs for marketing materials such as brochures flyers posters and banners to effectively promote the companys luxury gifts.
• Product Packaging: Design attractive and eyecatching product packaging that aligns with the brands aesthetic and enhances the overall product presentation.
• Digital Content: Create visually appealing graphics and images for digital platforms and advice Algorithm for all platforms including social media posts website banners and email newsletters to engage the online audience
• Website Design: Collaborate with the web development team to create visually appealing and userfriendly website layouts and graphics.
• Product Catalogs: Design product catalogs and look books to showcase the companys luxury gifts in an enticing and organized manner.
• Advertising and Promotions: Develop creative visuals for advertising campaigns and promotions to capture the attention of the target audience.
• Event Collateral: Create designs for event invitations posters and promotional materials to support marketing events and activations.
• Collaborations: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to understand design requirements and align designs with marketing strategies and objectives.
• Design Trends: Stay updated on design trends industry best practices and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas into the companys designs.
• Brand Messaging: Ensure that visual designs effectively communicate the brands messaging and resonate with the target audience.
• Create 2D and 3D designs for all new products.
• Obliged to fulfill any additional task given by the management.

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer preferably in an ecommerce or creative agency setting.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
• Strong artistic and creative abilities to develop visually appealing graphics and marketing materials.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Job Type: Fulltime

Salary: KD350.000 KD600.000 per month

Education:

• Bachelors (Preferred)

Experience:

• Graphic & Web designing: 4 years (Preferred)
• 3D: 1 year (Preferred)
