Senior Data Quality Engineer Elasticsearch (354)

Tasks

• Data Source Onboarding
• Identify asses and support owners with new data source onboarding into the ecosystem
• Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines for ingesting and processing diverse typres of log source types (Platform Application Security etc.)
• Design and implement data parsing and transformation to ensure data is structured and accessible
• Collaborate with Security Analysts and Data owners to understand data requirement
• Ensure proper data quality standards and processes are maintained
• Perform data review monitor data pipelines and resolve any data quality related issue
• Asist internal stakeholders in accessing and using data and searches more effectively
• Troubleshoot queries and provide technical support
• Provide Guidance create and maintain content visualization dashboard reports on the supported platforms
• Create and maintain documentation including configuration guides and standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field with a certification in CompTIA Linux Red Hat Elastic Splunk etc is a huge plus
• 4 years of experience in Elasticsearch in specific with elastic ingest and logstash pipeline building
• Proficiency in Data modelling and processing large data sets with SQL KQL and SPL
• Excellent knowledge in Linux operating systems (CentOS Ubuntu and RedHat) aswell as experience in CI/CD Ansible and Gitlab
• Experience in Data Visualization with Kibana
• Great analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment
• Proficiency in English (C1)
• Eligible to work in Switzerland (Work Permit B or C or Swiss residency or EU citizen)
