As an Account Manager at Right Hands you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success in the UAE & QATAR market. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acquiring and engaging partners for our platform serving as their primary point of contact from onboarding to ongoing support.
• Proactively seeking out new clients and converting leads into valuable partnerships through effective communication and relationshipbuilding.
• Monitoring partner performance and ensuring highquality service delivery.
• Setting and achieving sales targets while implementing effective processes to support longterm growth.
• Educating partners on new processes and initiatives and providing ongoing support to optimize their success.
