Prepare reports and maintain all employees training history in the system. Assist the area supervisors/Focal Points in resolving the problems such as planning scheduling employees in the Trainings. Ensure that all employees undergo the required JQP/SHEMS training and monitor their progression status. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Administer the Job Qualification Program/SHEMS trainings according to the procedures and maintain the records. Review the Skill Certification Requests and SHEMS trainings (booking scheduling system) in accordance to the procedure. Assist the area supervisors/Focal Points to schedule the employees and provide support for resolving their problem. Utilization of the training resources and training arrangements economically and effectively. Coordinate with Departments to review training gaps closure and need of the additional sessions to cover all the identified gaps. Coordinate with Departments subject matter experts/Safety Specialist/Trainers to review update and correct the technical/safety questions. Ensure the confidentiality of the testing system and ensure the exams are prepared and delivered according to the procedure. Ensure number of questions and sessions to be not less than the minimum required and reporting the gaps to all Departments. Build the process structure of the organization into the system and create update and modify the training assessments. Contact the system support team to update the system in the server and for any technical assistance. Coordinate with Client IT data center for resolving any fault issues of the server. Bachelors or Diploma Degree in Computer Sciences or relevant Field. 3 years experience in the Petrochemical Industry with IT and networking background/Training background. Knowledge of managing databases. Knowledge of TRACCESS CI/Question Mark Perception System/SAP System. Knows computer troubleshooting and familiar with network protocols. Experience with server performance tuning and monitoring tools. Excellent administration skills. Excellent Communication skills and Interpersonnel skills. Communication skills. Analytical Skills.
