Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets. Create compelling and effective logos designs print and digital media. Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards social media competitive landscape and market trends. Developing social media marketing strategies and campaigns. Planning and illustrating designs as per brief and relevant information/materials. Development of adaptations ranging from print to digital static animated varying in size format and content per adaptation. Animating digital advertisements campaigns and events. Coordination with Brand Managers retail operations and advertising as necessary. Copywriting & communicating an appealing message title and caption onto posts and designs. Photography sessions/coverage of events as content for digital designs. Researching and staying up to date with social media trends/practices that are relevant to Al Hawajs marketing activities.

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 23 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop Illustrator AfterEffects and InDesign).
• Strong communication conceptual thinking typography skills and design skills.
• Understanding of marketing production corporate identity and advertisements.
• Portfolio of work. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.
