Job Summary

• The Chief Operations Officer (COO) supports the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in managing the Real Estate Management Division focusing on the expansion and growth of business and managing the propertys operations efficiently.
• The COO is responsible to generate and evaluate new business / opportunities for the Company and increase profitability; overseeing and ensuring that leasing strategies and related set targets are met by the BD team.
• He will also be responsible for overseeing the management / maintenance of the entire operations of the Company Project.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Formulate the strategy annual business plans budgets and operating plans for Business Development & Client Relations Property Management and Project Development with the support of the function heads.
• Work closely with CEO on the establishment and optimization of daytoday operations of the Companys business.
• Identify new markets opportunities strategic initiatives and potential partnerships that are in accordance with the Companys strategy.
• Ensure quality control of all Company output as pertaining to client acquisition and delivery of services.
• Set goals objectives and plans for the departments under management and work with the department heads on achieving these goals by closely monitoring their operations.

Education & Experiences

• Bachelors degree in management or engineering or business management fields
