Logistics coordinators oversee supply chain operations and ensure the efficient and costeffective distribution of goods.

• ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Exports:
  • Export documentation /certification both in Arabic and English
  • Exports formalities complete logistics functions
• Export & Import:
  • Import formalities complete logistics functions
  • Supplier documents review
  • Ministry Approvals online and on counter
  • Appointing forwarders Identifying the chargeable weight volume and sending enquiries to multiple forwarders
  • Freight comparison from forwarders
  • Logical skills to identify the most efficient mode of transport
• Payment for Suppliers & Service Provider:
  • PMT / CST Request supplier settlement
  • Invoice maintenance in system
• Tracking Reports:
  • Tracking report other ad hoc reports as requested by the line manager
• Product Registration:
  • PCOC / SCOC
  • SASO SABER requirements for KSA
  • Well versed with Dubai Customs related issues
  • Well versed with Dubai municipality related issues
• ECommerce:
  • Order assignment
  • Export documentation / certification
  • Express export formalities
  • Logistics Last mile delivery
  • Cash refund from service providers
• POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Knowledge Skills and Abilities
  • Good understanding of logistics systems
  • Comprehensive understanding of eCommerce processes and systems.
  • Must be selfmotivated eager to learn and have the ability to be multitasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent time management organizational skills and team management.
  • Bilingually is a must
  • MS Office Skills
• Education and Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting Preferable
  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in the retail logistic field.
• Salary: Up to 7000.00 per month
