Accounts & Finance Manager

Job Description:

As Manager of Finance you would be responsible for:

• Manageinternalauditandstatutoryauditsensuringcompliancewithrelevantregulationsand

standards

• Oversee cash flow management including monitoring cash inflows and outflows optimizing working capital and implementing cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial statements ensuring adherence to accounting principles and company policies.
• Perform monthly closing activities including reconciliations journal entries and balance sheet

analysis.

• GenerateadvancedlevelreportsusingMSExcelpresentingfinancialdataandanalysistosupport

decisionmaking processes.

• Conductfinancialanalysistoidentifytrends risks and opportunitiesproviding recommendations

for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to developand monitor budgetsprovidingfinancial insightsand guidancethroughoutthe process.
• Ensurecompliancewith taxation andregulatoryrequirementscoordinatingwithexternaladvisors as necessary.
• Participateinthedevelopmentandimplementationoffinancialpoliciesproceduresandinternal

controls.

• Stay updated with industr ytrendsaccounting standardsand best practicesand incorporate them

into financial operations.

WorkExperience:

7 10Years

Qualification:

• Chartered accountant
• Proven experience in finance and accounting roles with experience in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software applications.
• Preferably worked in a listed company
