Requirement gathering and analysis: Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs, gather requirements, and analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation using the ServiceNow platform.With overall Experience of 12 to 15 years in Service Now.Solution design and architecture: Design and architect ServiceNow solutions that align with the client's business requirements and best practices. This includes creating functional and technical designs, data models, workflows, and integrations.ServiceNow development and customization: Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including UI policies, business rules, client scripts, workflows, and reports. Customize and extend the platform to meet specific client needs.
