Secondary (Good to have)
2+ years of experience working as a team lead, demonstrating the ability to manage the application lifecycle, development, and/or project management.
Strong understanding of modern Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) patterns and practices.
Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework methodology, and ideally, experience working on cross-functional deliveries within a SAFe environment.
Agile and innovative individuals, who can manage in an environment of change and ambiguity to help us take bold and strategic moves in this rapidly evolving retail environment.
