Job Summary:
As the Branch Manager at Nahil Computers Company you will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations and performance of the branch. This role requires exceptional leadership skills strategic thinking and a strong understanding of sales and customer service principles within the technology industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
- Provide effective leadership to the branch team fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
- Set clear objectives for the team and ensure alignment with company goals and targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to staff members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize branch performance and achieve growth targets.
Sales and Business Development:
- Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets focusing on both hardware and software products as well as service offerings.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and develop strategies to capitalize on market trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify potential opportunities or threats to the business.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure the efficient and effective operation of all branch activities including inventory management logistics and customer service.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance indicators such as sales revenue expenses and profitability and take corrective actions as needed.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and costeffectiveness.
Customer Service:
- Promote a customercentric culture within the branch emphasizing the importance of delivering exceptional service and support to all clients.
- Resolve escalated customer issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner ensuring customer retention and loyalty.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for service improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven 10 years of experience including a managerial role within the technology industry with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with a customercentric mindset.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles as well as financial management and budgeting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
