Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack developer with React.js for a 100% remote position with a MD based organization. The successful candidate will join the frontend development team. Responsibilities include developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux Flux and Webpack. Additionally you will also be responsible for profiling and improving frontend performance and documenting our frontend codebase.

This position requires indepth knowledge of JavaScript and React concepts excellent overall coding skills and a good understanding of progressive web applications. Designing and building modern user interface components to enhance application performance is required.

Developer Responsibilities:

• Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
  
• Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
  
• Identifying webbased user interactions.
  
• Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
  
• Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following react.js workflows.
  
• Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
  
• Developing and implementing frontend architecture to support user interface concepts.
  
• Monitoring and improving frontend performance.
  
• Documenting application changes and developing updates.
  

Requirements

Developer Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science information technology or a similar field.
  
• Minimum 5 years experience working as a react.js developer.
  
• Strong experience of REACT tools including React.js Webpack Enzyme Redux and Flux.
  
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Full Stack development experience working on applications from scratch.
  
• Experience with user interface design.
  
• Experience with browserbased debugging and performance testing software.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  
• Good project management skills.
  

Basic Qualifications: Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed. Bachelor s Degree and 9 years of relevant cyber security experience, or Master s Degree and 7 years of relevant cyber security experience, or PhD with 4 years of relevant cyber security experience, or 13 years of relevant cyber security experience in lieu of degree. Possess once active (expert-level) firewall certification: Check Point Security Expert (CCSE). 7 years of experience with Check Point Security Appliance products especially with Check Point next generation firewalls such as Maestro. 6 years of experience performing security functions on network devices, appliances, and security tools. 7 years of experience in demonstrates the skill and ability to translate security mandates and guidelines such as NIST 800-series into operational functions. 6 years of experience with whitelisting and blacklisting using network security tools and devices. Ability to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration. 2 years of experience with virtual Check Point firewalls. 2 years of experience with Skybox tool. Possess once active (expert-level) firewall certification: Check Point Security Master (CCSM) or higher. Prior experience supporting the Federal Client or similar government agencies. Knowledge of business processes supporting IT programs, networks, and/or cybersecurity programs. Knowledge of technologies, networking principles, data flows, workflows, and IT reporting. Knowledge of network security tools.
