Overview:
As a Fresher Orthopedic Surgeon with an MS/DNB qualification you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. Your expertise will be integral in providing comprehensive medical care to patients with orthopedic issues. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver highquality compassionate care and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough patient assessments and examinations
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as Xrays and MRI scans
- Developing and implementing patient treatment plans
- Performing surgical procedures as per the standard protocols
- Providing pre and postoperative care and education to patients and their families
- Collaborating with other medical professionals including anesthesiologists and physical therapists
- Participating in medical rounds conferences and case reviews
- Keeping detailed and accurate patient records
- Adhering to ethical and legal standards in healthcare
- Staying updated with the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery
Required Qualifications:
- MS or DNB degree in Orthopedic Surgery
- Completion of internship and residency training in orthopedics
- Valid medical license to practice as a surgeon
- Excellent knowledge of orthopedic surgical techniques and procedures
- Strong understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
