- Proficiency in leveraging social media advertising to strategically target and convert potential leads optimizing ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Utilize market research to position Solutions as a thought leader in the IT services sector.
- Develop and execute campaigns that showcase our expertise and drive brand awareness.
- Leverage customer success stories to highlight the impact of our services.
- Continuously analyse and optimize marketing efforts to maximize ROI.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Craft a comprehensive global sales and business development strategy tailored to the IT services industry.
- Develop and implement effective sales structures channels and strategies to maximize sales growth.
- Leverage your expertise to optimize sales channels ensuring efficiency and maximum revenue generation.
- Identify emerging markets and technologies to expand our service offerings.
- Forge strategic partnerships and alliances with technology providers and industry influencers.

- Team Management:
- Establish Lead inspire and mentor a geographically dispersed team of sales business development and marketing professionals.

- Ensure effective communication and alignment among team members in different continents.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT Business or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of 10 years in IT services sales business development and marketing including 5 years in leadership roles.
- Deep knowledge of the IT services industry product engineering & customer operations including trends challenges and competitors.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in lead generation.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Global mindset with the ability to manage remote teams effectively.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
