Data Analyst

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading European Recruitment Partner in their search for a strong and experienced Data Analyst.

As a Data Analyst your primary focus is on identifying and addressing datarelated issues ensuring data accuracy and facilitating datadriven decisionmaking within Yobbers. You will lead efforts to use data for better decisionmaking and continuous improvement across the organisation. Additionally you play a crucial role in fostering collaboration among teams within our organisation by providing and analysing relevant data.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will be setting up and maintaining data systems as well as conducting indepth analysis to identify insights patterns and trends for datadriven decisions; actively monitor and assess the accuracy and completeness of data sources
• Implement and maintain data analysis processes including developing dashboards and reports for effective data visualisation
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis; address and resolve datarelated issues and inconsistencies
• Set up and optimise data tracking tools implementing quality assurance measures to ensure data accuracy consistency and reliability
• Continuously assess and improve data systems for scalability efficiency and effectiveness; assist departments in making informed datadriven decisions by providing insights and recommendations
• Align data initiatives with strategic organisational goals; collaborate with various teams or stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data analysis strategies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant experiencein data analysis and management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in utilising data analysis tools and transforming complex data into understandable insights
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager Google Analytics 4 eventbased tracking (e.g. Mixpanel) and Metabase combined with expertise in data warehousing and data modelling
• Proficiency with addressing datarelated issues and enhance decisionmaking through data
• Strong analytically and being able to solve problemsAnalytical thinker with a strong problemsolving skills
• Handson mentality and fostering a collaborative growth mindset
