Digital Marketing Executive

The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the companys social media presence. Must Have Google Ad experience

Responsibilities

• Build the digital advertising roadmap to help us increase awareness and generate quality leads for organizations offline and online offerings.

• Own the planning and execution of advertising campaigns on Google Facebook Affiliate channels etc.

• Deliver on monthly set targets and KPIs that includes lead generation cost per lead CPC Qualified leads App Downloads & Signups etc.

• Closely manage digital advertising budget across platforms and for multiple user specific campaigns.

• Measure and assess results and drive continuous improvement

• Use feedback from users sales and marketing teams to inform digital advertising campaigns

• Develop and implement user specific marketing campaigns including list segmentation content creation and A/B testing.

• Conduct competition analysis and identify opportunities for improvement in brand positioning.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate digital strategies into overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in digital marketing technologies and tools suggesting new initiatives where relevant.

• Manage campaign expenses staying on budget estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.

Requirements:

A Bachelors degree in marketing business or relevant field

2 years of experience executing digital advertising campaigns

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Business Manager email marketing platforms and more.

Past experience in Education Company is desirable but not mandatory.

Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills

Highly organized and data focused with the ability to manage campaigns simultaneously.

Flexible and a quick learner; able to operate in a fast paced collaborative environment

Preferred Languages: Bengali English and Hindi

• Digital Marketing Certification (desired)
