Clinic Manager

Location:Unit A Briercliffe Shopping Centre Briercliffe Road Burnley. CP: BB10 1WB

Tasks

1. Full operational and clinical management of assigned clinic(s) ensuring high care and quality outcomes.
2. Compliance with policies procedures guidelines and regulations preparing for audits.
3. Implementing continuous improvement activities at clinic and management levels.
4. Financial management including budget planning and cost control.
5. Supervising training and supporting staff fostering continuous professional development.
6. Developing and maintaining relationships with referring Client Organisation/s and stakeholders.

Requirements

1. Level 1 Nurse Registered with the NMC with a postbasic qualification in renal nursing.
2. Experience in Haemodialysis and proven ability to lead nursing teams.
3. Demonstrated experience in managing and leading specialist nurses and practitioners.
4. Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 relevant to Independent Healthcare providers.
5. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
