Teamlead Accounting Projects fmd

Tasks:

• Establishing leading and developing a highly qualified team in the area of accounting with a focus on the timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for the IONOS Cloud business unit
• Leading the process of adding new companies to the accounting system and managing and optimizing operational processes across different locations with the aim of increasing our efficiency and effectiveness
• Training the employees of the new companies in the use of different accounting systems and accounting processes
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth integration
• Introduction and management of best practices in shared services including experience with rollin processes to improve integration and standardization of our ways of working
• Ensure liquidity and creation of KPIs and adhoc analysis in coordination with the business units.
• Act as main point of contact for auditors tax and group accounting and for our third party payment providers used across the group
• Actively participate in and lead projects to continuously improve our processes and systems

Qualifications:

• Completed business studies or comparable commercial training ideally supplemented by training as an accountant
• Sound professional experience in accounting and proven management experience preferably in managing teams across different locations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems preferably INFOR and MS Office and data migration techniques
• Experience in company migrations in terms of systems tools and processes is a plus.
• Ability to think and act across organizations and processes with a strong focus on standardizing and optimizing workflows.
• Solutionoriented structured and precise way of working paired with a high level of analytical thinking
• Very good written and spoken German and good English skills to communicate effectively in our international environment.
