Job Description: SAP Functional QA Supply Chain Solutions

Role Overview: As an SAP Functional QA specializing in supply chain solutions you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of SAP implementations and enhancements related to supply chain management. Your expertise in testing and quality assurance combined with your knowledge of SAP supply chain modules such as Ariba LBN EWM and SCC will contribute to the successful delivery of projects aimed at optimizing supply chain processes and driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Test Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans strategies and test cases for SAP supply chain solutions considering business requirements functional specifications and system integrations.

2. Functional Testing: Execute functional tests to validate the functionality and performance of SAP supply chain modules including Ariba procurement LBN collaboration EWM warehouse operations and SCC processes.

3. Integration Testing: Conduct integration testing to ensure seamless communication and data flow between SAP supply chain modules and other SAP and nonSAP systems such as SAP ERP CRM and external trading partners systems.

4. Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to verify the impact of changes and enhancements on existing supply chain processes and configurations ensuring no unintended side effects occur.

5. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and support business users in conducting UAT for SAP supply chain solutions facilitating user feedback and ensuring alignment with business requirements.

6. Defect Management: Identify document and track defects and issues encountered during testing working closely with developers and functional consultants to resolve them in a timely manner.

7. Performance Testing: Collaborate with performance testing teams to conduct performance and scalability tests for SAP supply chain solutions ensuring optimal system performance under various load conditions.

8. Documentation: Prepare and maintain test documentation including test plans test cases test scripts and test results reports to support compliance audit and knowledge transfer activities.

9. Training and Support: Provide training and support to endusers and stakeholders on testing processes tools and best practices related to SAP supply chain solutions.

10. Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies tools and standards driving efficiency and effectiveness in the QA process.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP functional testing and quality assurance with a focus on supply chain solutions.
3. Proficiency in testing SAP supply chain modules such as Ariba Logistics Business Network (LBN) Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC).
4. Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement logistics inventory management and collaboration with trading partners.
5. Experience with test management tools such as HP ALM Jira or SAP Solution Manager.
6. Knowledge of testing methodologies including functional testing integration testing regression testing and performance testing.
7. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues in complex SAP environments.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
9. SAP certification in relevant supply chain modules is a plus.
10. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
