Customer care in the automobile sales role involves providing excellent service and support to customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and courteously assist them.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about available automobiles and sales promotions.
- Guide customers through the sales process including test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
- Handle inquiries via phone email and inperson interactions promptly and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of product features specifications and pricing to effectively communicate with customers.
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure seamless customer experience from inquiry to purchase.
- Address customer concerns and resolve complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up with customers postsale to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Running.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in relevant field.
- Must have a valid driving license and twowheeler on their own.
