Job Description: HCM Functional Consultant
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge and handson experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) modules with a strong focus on functional aspects. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and configuring HCM solutions to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to HCM processes.
Configure and customize HCM modules to align with client requirements.
Provide expertise in areas such as Core HR Payroll Time and Attendance Benefits Administration and Talent Management.
Conduct workshops training sessions and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful implementation and adoption of HCM solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HCM functionality and configuration.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HCM technology and advise clients accordingly.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
78 years of experience in implementing and supporting HCM solutions.
Strong understanding of HCM processes and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Arabic language proficiency preferred.
Duration: 3 Months (with potential for extension
